    Each e-bike is shipped separately, so they may arrive at different times depending on the shipping carrier. Please don't worry. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our customer service department for the latest updates.
    EilleoBike's warehouse is located in Los Angeles, CA. We plan to expand to more cities across the U.S. soon.

    After receiving your order, please contact us at support@eilleobike.com, and we’ll send you the invoice.
    Your order will be delivered to the address provided within 3-5 days. For security, a signature will be required upon delivery. We use major carriers like FedEx Ground, UPS, and DHL for shipping.

    Currently, most of our products are available for pickup, and to ensure quick shipping, we have warehouses located across various U.S. cities. Please check inventory availability for pickup in your area during checkout.

    After placing your order, wait for the Bill of Lading (BOL) we will send before going to the warehouse for pickup. Do not go to the warehouse before receiving the BOL.

    Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes once the order has been placed. Please double-check your address, phone number, order details, and other information as soon as the order is confirmed. If you notice any mistakes, contact our customer service team immediately.
    You may cancel your order only before it ships. To request a cancellation, please email us at support@eilleobike.com. Note that cancellation requests may not be processed on weekends or holidays.

    Your e-bike comes partially assembled, with only a few parts to attach after unboxing. For setup and assembly instructions, please refer to our guides on YouTube.
    We ship to the Continental United States within North America. However, please note that delivery may not be available to certain remote or isolated areas. If that’s the case, we will reach out to you to discuss alternative solutions.
    EilleoBike provides a one-year warranty on all e-bikes. For details on specific warranties, please refer to our warranty policy.
    Customers can submit a return request within 15 days of delivery by contacting support@eilleobike.com. For detailed return and refund information, please refer to our return policy.
    Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number, which you can use to track your package. If you don't receive this email, please contact us promptly, and we'll help track the logistics information for you.
    You'll typically find the serial number beneath the handlebars. It's a string of numbers.
    About Eilleo Ebike
    We've completed 95% of the assembly at the factory. When you receive your e-bike, you'll just need to tighten the wheel bolts and insert and lock the handlebars and seat into their mounting mechanisms to start riding.
    It takes about 4-5 hours to fully recharge the battery.
    Eilleo offers free accessories for replacement. Just contact our customer service at support@eilleobike.com for more details. Additionally, we provide paid accessories.
    All our models' electrical components meet IPX6 waterproof standards, providing some waterproof capability. However, for your safety, it's best to avoid riding in rainy weather.
    We use 7-speed gear system, making pedaling effortless even without motor assistance.

    Avoid using high PAS levels on muddy terrain, as sudden motor power output can reduce tire traction and increase the risk of slipping.
    Our tires are designed for all-terrain use, providing excellent grip on different road surfaces and greatly reducing the risk of slipping during sudden braking.
    The battery is made to be removable so you can charge it wherever you need.
    We provide a $50 discount for military personnel, teachers, first responders, medical professionals, and students, but you'll need to show proof of eligibility. Click HERE for more details.
    Daily Maintenance
    Yes, our e-bikes are IPX6 waterproof, so you can ride them in the rain or through puddles. However, for safety reasons, we do not recommend riding in heavy rain. Also, avoid using high-pressure jets to clean the bike, as this could damage the electrical components.
    Our batteries are UL certified for safety and include features like overcharge and overheat protection. They automatically stop charging once safety limits are met.
    1. Apply lubricant regularly.
    2. Check all bolts and screws for tightness.
    3. Clean the e-bike frequently.
    4. Ensure the tires are properly inflated.
    5. Regularly check and replace the brakes.

    1. Always use the original battery charger, as using other models or brands could lead to safety concerns.

    2. Avoid depleting the battery completely with each use. When the battery level drops to around 20%, try to fully charge it to extend its lifespan.

    3. Do not leave batteries unused for long periods. Before storage, charge or discharge the battery to about 50% capacity. Charge the battery at least once every two months. Store it separately from the product in a dry, ventilated area.

      1. Avoid getting the motor wet. Even if it's somewhat waterproof, submerging it in water for a long time can cause damage.

      2. Keep the motor and the rest of the bike clean.

      3. Do not expose your e-bike to high temperatures, especially over 100 degrees Fahrenheit.

      4. Regularly oil the chain, gears, bearings, and other moving parts.

      5. Take your e-bike to a professional for regular service and maintenance checks.
